Anything goes here really gentlemen, it's that easy. If you want to spend all of your sea days on board in and around the pool, taking part in the fun under the sun, you are fine in what ever light weight clothes you choose to bring with you.
Shorts, light weight shirts, T shirts, flip flops, training shoes, sweat pants what ever you feel comfy in around a pool (Speedos do tend to scare the fish though).
If however, you might want to venture to the main dining room for lunch, pack at least a pair of smartish looking shorts and a light weight shirt to put in for the dining room lunch time attire. Even a T shirt covering your biceps is fine. No wet trunks. Leave your baseball caps in your cabin or in your bag during all meal times.

A couple of pairs of chino style trousers will do nicely for the cruise. Easy to fold and pack, light weight and excepted in all of the on board public areas. Suitable for all evening meals along with a pair of light weight shoes and short sleeve shirts. Smart T shirts covering the biceps are fine too for dinner on casual nights. Smart looking jeans with a shirt,shoes also fine. Avoid shorts, tank tops and baseball caps at dinner in the main dining room.
