Fenton Alley Cats

Adding Fenton alley cats can bring a twist and renewed enthusiasm to your cat figurine collection! There are a few features of these art glass cats that make them unique from other cat figures. The most obvious difference is that they weigh over 3 pounds and stand about 11 inches tall, towering over most of the other cat miniatures in your collection. A terrific way to draw immediate attention to your feline display!

They have a smirk and tilted head that really captures the "cool cat" look and feel we often imagine in cartoon personalities like Tom (from Tom & Jerry) Garfield and Sylvester! Their neck is long and lanky and they are often hand painted with a winking eye.

Of course, they are produced in all of the beautiful Fenton glass types such as carnival, burmese, and colorful opalescent glass, and being so large this really brings out the beauty of the particular art glass used. Their size also offers a lot of room for some creative hand painted art. There is no shortage of variety in these unique collectibles and certainly something to satisfy everybody's taste or glass style preferences.

Some of the older vintage alley cats are worth quite a bit of money. They are a highly sought after collectible, especially the original carnival glass designs. Newer production of these pieces are still available and very affordable. In recent years these alley cats have been made exclusively for and offered on QVC as limited edition pieces and can still be found today in new or like new condition.
